Okay done! I will be gettiing this book. I have been thinking about it forever and was waiting for a library to get a copy. But they haven’t and I wants it! This review seals the deal.

Hahaha I am really glad that you were reeled in and will be adding it to your Goodreads! I do hope you’ll get the chance to try it out. It’s so worth everyone’s time! 😀
I’m glad to hear you enjoyed! I had some slight issues with this one, but I love the world building and I’m excited to see where the sequel will take things 🙂
“The writing style is a concoction that will spike your senses in ways that you have never known before” You just had to do it again didn’t you? Write a review that is so good, for a book that sounds so totally amazing, that I just can’t resist even slightly for even a second to add this one to my to read list. Well done….well done. I already added it of course, as seriously this sounds so incredibly cool! 😃
Hahahahaha it’s always a pleasure to be so helpful, for you and that mountain of a TBR. 😀 I do hope you’ll get the chance to try it out someday. The world is impeccable. It really made me feel like I was in a dark RPG game.
WOW! Excellent review Lashaan!! That opening paragraph woah! I’m not sure I’ve heard you wax poetical to such an extent before. I love the sound of the characters. The stone man in particular even though drugs aren’t a topic I enjoy reading about. And I admit I’m always intrigued by a half bestial character whatever form that takes. I’m so glad this one really wowed you so much!
Thank you so much, Dani! When go full-out poetical, it’s cause it’s THAT good! 😛 And yes, Spar is a fantastic character. His father’s legacy haunts him as much as his medical condition. It’s fun to see him evolve throughout the book. And Rat is also fantastic. His urges trying to take over his humanity? Gosh, I just can’t wait for the next book! 😀 Thank you for reading, Dani!
Thank you so much, Nicki! I believe he’ll adore this one for sure. I’d have a hard time imagining what kind of flaws anyone could ever find here. It’s just so good!
A killer title. That’s for sure.
And it seems like an exciting read.
However, once I finish the next two books, I am imposing a no fantasy/ sci-fy on myself for a while. I’ve been disappointed a couple of times and want to read something “real”.
Ahhh I totally understand. It’s why I like mixing up the genres I read throughout the month/year. Although I’m still a bit far from being burned out on SFF books for now. Too many amazing stuff to still discover. 😀 Hope you pick up something that suits your taste and meets your expectations.
